Futari Ashita mo Sorenari ni
There is no will-they-won't-they in this one. Each short episode is a small moment from a couple's life together. The couple are Rio Aihara and Yuya Aida, who is 25 and three years younger than her. They moved in together about two months before the story opens. The stakes stay tiny. One running crisis is a milk pudding of Rio's that Yuya ate and then insisted he never touched. Other days bring a visit from his mother that he forgot to mention, or a late night out for Yuya that leaves Rio worried. Suzuyuki draws in a clean, simple style and keeps the humor gentle. Conflicts get talked through instead of blown up. It is a good fit for readers who want a cozy slice-of-life romance about adults who already chose each other.
