Say Hello to Mr. Wallaby!
きょうもあしたも蕨井先生
Kyou mo Ashita mo Warabii-sensei
A wealthy man from Japan is touring the Australian wild when he runs into a wallaby who can talk. The wallaby loves Japan but never expected to see it. The man happens to run a private school. Before long the little marsupial is flown to Japan by private jet and put in charge of a class as its stand-in teacher. Being responsible for a whole room of students takes more courage than a creature his size seems to have, and the class finds him far too cute to focus. Expect small life lessons, new friends and a lot of sweet silliness. The series is short and easy to pick up. It suits readers of any age who want a gentle school comedy with a cute animal as the teacher, and fans of Paddington style humor.
