Whisper Me a Love Song

ささやくように恋を唄う

Sasayaku You ni Koi wo Utau

Himari Kino has just started high school. At a welcome event she hears an older student named Yori Asanagi sing with her band. Himari is swept away. Afterward she runs up to Yori and tells her it was love at first sight. She means it the way a fan would. Yori hears a real confession and falls for Himari in earnest. That mix-up starts a yuri romance where one girl knows exactly how she feels and the other is still working it out. Music matters as much as the romance. The band and its performances get plenty of space next to the love story. The tone is sweet and sincere. Whisper Me a Love Song suits readers who like gentle girls' love stories and school band manga.
