Shiokaze to Ryuu no Sumika
Mizuka has just lost her father. Her uncle takes her in, and she moves into his house by the sea. The town is famous for people who have the powers of dragons. Someone else already boards at the house. He is Tenshin, a guarded boy who keeps everyone at arm's length. At first Mizuka has no idea that he has that dragon blood. Then he changes into a dragon without warning, and the shock frightens her. Afterward Tenshin decides it would be best to move out. Mizuka does not want him to go and tries to change his mind. The series follows the two of them as they learn to share a home and settle into their new life on the coast. It suits shojo readers who like quiet romance, small-town settings and a supernatural love interest.
