Anjo the Mischievous Gal is a teasing romantic comedy set at school. Anjo is a gyaru: a flashy girl with a bold style and no filter. Her favorite target is a serious and shy boy at her school. She leans in close and makes suggestive jokes just to watch him turn red. He never knows how to react. The chapters are everyday scenes at school and around town. The fun comes from Anjo pushing and the boy squirming. Small moments also show that she likes him more than she lets on. There is some fan service and plenty of innuendo. It suits readers who enjoy teasing comedies in the style of Teasing Master Takagi-san and like a slow and sweet romance.
