How this list is made

A series is on this list in the year its first English edition comes out. Mangainfo takes the earliest dated English edition of the series from a manga publisher. Library rebinds and distributors do not count. That edition has to hold volume 1. When the earliest edition Mangainfo knows is a later volume, the catalog is missing the start of the series, so the series is left out. The list is in the order of that date.

The date is the release date of that first book, not the day a publisher announced the license. No source states announcement days. A license shows here once its first book has a date. A book dated to a month goes under that month. A book dated only to a year goes under "Month not known".

A series that came to English before, with another publisher, counts in the year of its first English edition, not of the new one. Only series with a page on Mangainfo are listed. Adult series are left out. "Coming" marks a book still to come out.
