Tomoatsu Naoe is a massage therapist who specializes in osteopathy. One night a new client comes in. Elfuda is an elf who crossed over from her own world. During her time on Earth she has lived on French fries and gained so much weight that she cannot get back through the portal to her home. She needs Tomoatsu to help her lose it. Word gets around. Soon other overweight creatures from myth and legend start turning up for treatment too. The comedy comes mixed with workout and diet advice. There is a fair amount of ecchi fan service. It suits readers who like light monster girl comedy with a fitness angle and a patient straight man at the center.
