Lunar Legend Tsukihime
真月譚 月姫
Shingetsutan Tsukihime
Shiki Tohno's first meeting with the vampire Arcueid ends with him killing her. Nothing explains it. She simply passes him on the street and the urge takes over. A day later she is back, alive and unhurt, and she wants something from him. Since he killed her, he owes her his help. Shiki has carried a strange gift since a childhood accident almost killed him. He sees lines on people and objects that mark where they will break, and cutting along one destroys whatever it belongs to. Special glasses keep the lines out of sight. He has just come home after his father's death, and his sister Akiha keeps an old-fashioned household he struggles to fit into. The manga adapts Type-Moon's visual novel and leans mainly on Arcueid's route. Expect moody vampire horror with bloody fights.
