Shuuzou Oshimi has 4 series with English volumes. All 4 are complete in English as of October 2026. You can read every one of them to the last page without waiting for a new volume. Shuuzou Oshimi is the only author listed on each of them. You can find them all on the Shuuzou Oshimi creator page. The series below run from the most popular to the least.
The Flowers of Evil
Takao Kasuga is a middle school student who loves books. He lives in a small town with mountains all around it. He takes a copy of Baudelaire's poems with him wherever he goes.
Shuuzou Oshimi did both the story and the art. The genres are drama, psychological and romance. The themes are coming of age, philosophy, denpa and a love triangle.
The series finished in Japan with 11 volumes. All 11 are out in English. The The Flowers of Evil series page has every volume.
Blood on the Tracks
This is the longest of the four. Seiichi Osabe is in his second year of middle school. He lives at home with his parents.
Here the genres are drama, horror and psychological. The themes are tragedy, family life, denpa and coming of age. Story and art are both by Shuuzou Oshimi.
It ran for 17 volumes in Japan and is finished there. English readers have all 17 too. Volume details sit on the Blood on the Tracks series page.
Happiness
Happiness is Shuuzou Oshimi's take on the vampire story. Its lead is Makoto Okazaki. He is a timid high school boy. Delinquents push him around.
Shuuzou Oshimi wrote and drew it. The genres are drama, horror and supernatural. The themes listed are vampire, gore, heterosexual and urban fantasy.
Japan got 10 volumes before the series finished. All 10 are out in English. See the Happiness series page for each one.
Inside Mari
Isao Komori moved to the city to go to college. Then he stopped going to class. He now spends his days alone in his apartment. He plays games.
Shuuzou Oshimi handled the story and the art. It mixes drama, ecchi, mystery, psychological and thriller. The themes are body swapping, hikikomori, rehabilitation and school.
The series finished in Japan at 9 volumes. All 9 are out in English. That makes it the shortest of the four. The Inside Mari series page lists them all.
