Otherside Picnic

裏世界ピクニック

Ura Sekai Picnic

Sorawo Kamikoshi makes money selling souvenirs from a nightmare. Her buyer is Kozakura, a researcher who pays for the strange objects that come out of the Otherside. Her partner Toriko Nishina goes back for a personal reason: a friend of hers went missing over there. Toriko is also good with guns, and she saved Sorawo's life the day they met. Sorawo is a college student with few friends and a deep love of real ghost stories. The Otherside suits her oddly well. She got in through a door in a derelict building, and the monsters on the other side seem to come straight out of urban legends and internet creepypasta. Each visit draws the two women closer. Eita Mizuno draws this version of Iori Miyazawa's novels, which take inspiration from Roadside Picnic. It mixes eerie horror with a yuri romance.
